Sending the package
Shipping costs to addresses in Spanish territory.
For orders under €30, shipping costs are €2.99, which must be added to the total amount. Shipping costs will therefore be borne by the customer.
For orders equal to or greater than €30, shipping costs will not apply .
Delivery.
The products will be sent to the address indicated by the user.
Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours (business days) for addresses on the peninsula and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery times for addresses outside of Spain range from 7 to 10 business days. The indicated deadlines will be respected provided there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Undeliverable.
If it is impossible to deliver the order to the address indicated, MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or attempt to deliver it again at a later date. To do so, please contact MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB if you are not going to be at the address to arrange delivery on another day.
If within 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.
As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will return all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Please note that transport resulting from the termination may have an additional cost, so MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.
Returns and Order Cancellation
Right to cancel the order.
MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB reserves the right to reject an order from a client with whom there is a dispute.
Likewise, MARTINSANZ ROMERO, CB has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
* Due to an error in the billing data (which is incorrect or impossible to verify)
* If there is suspicion of bank card fraud
* If it is not possible to send it to the indicated address
* If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not an end consumer
* If the user is under 18 years old
* If full payment has not been made.
Cancellation of an order.
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, for which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws are evidence.
To cancel an order you can use the form that appears in the link “ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ” or you can notify it by email to info@mplata.es by post to the address C/ SAN FRANCISCO, Nº 15, SEGOVIA (SEGOVIA), 40001.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include the details of your order to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or, in the event that the products comprising the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right to withdrawal has been exercised, the user must return the delivered products to the address indicated, assuming the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us with postage due, we will be authorised to charge you for any costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full purchase amount less shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Return of defective products.
If you return products to us because they are faulty or not as described, we will refund the full price of the products, together with any shipping costs and the cost of returning the item.
Ring Size Changes
If you request a change of ring size for another different size, you must specify on a sheet what different size you want and send it to us along with the ring to be changed in perfect condition with its box and in its original packaging to the following address:

*This shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will take care of sending the ring back to you in the new size you have chosen*.
