Shipping and Returns
Package shipping
Shipping costs to addresses in Spanish territory.
For orders under €40, shipping costs amount to €3.50, an amount that must be added to the total. Shipping costs will therefore be borne by the customer.
We also offer the option of picking up the order at a nearby collection point for €2.50.
For orders equal to or greater than €40, no shipping costs will be applied.
Delivery.
Products will be sent to the address indicated by the user.
Delivery time ranges between 24 and 72 hours (working days) for addresses in the peninsula and 7 working days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Delivery time for addresses outside Spanish territory ranges between 7 and 10 working days. The indicated deadlines will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the paid price.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Impossibility of delivery.
If it is impossible to deliver the order to the indicated address, MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B. will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or attempt delivery again at a later date. For this, we ask that if you are not going to be at home, you contact MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B. to arrange delivery for another day.
If within 15 days, counting from when your order is available for delivery, the order could not be delivered due to causes not attributable to MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B., we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it resolved.
As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract resolved. Please note that transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, so MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B. will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.
Returns and Order Cancellation
Right to cancel an order.
MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B. reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Likewise, MARTINSANZ ROMERO, C.B. has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
* Due to an error in billing details (which are incorrect or impossible to verify)
* If there is suspicion of credit card fraud
* If it is not possible to send to the indicated address
* If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not a final consumer
* If the user is under 18 years of age
* If full payment has not been made.
Order Cancellation.
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you can use the form provided in the link “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL” or you can notify us by email to info@mplata.es or by postal mail to C/ SAN FRANCISCO, Nº 15, SEGOVIA (SEGOVIA), 40001.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include your order details to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or, in the event that the products comprising the order are delivered separately, 30 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to the indicated address, thus assuming the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to charge you for any costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond merely opening it, or for products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the purchase minus shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the canceled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Return of defective products.
If you return products to us because they are defective or the descriptions do not match them, we will refund the total price of the products, along with the resulting shipping costs and the return of the item.
Ring Size Changes
If you request a ring size change for a different size, you must specify the different size on a sheet and send it to us along with the ring to be exchanged in perfect condition with its box and original packaging to the following address:
Mercado de la Plata, Calle San Francisco 15, 40001 Segovia (Spain)*.
*This shipment will be at the customer's expense.
We will be responsible for sending you the ring with the new chosen size*.
*The first shipment will be at MPLATA's expense. The second and subsequent shipments will have an additional cost of 6 euros.
*Likewise, any shipment for size changes or returns must be made through a pre-established delivery point (both delivery and collection of the new product), and there is no possibility of delivery or collection at the customer's home.
