How can I know my ring size?

Many of our rings are adjustable from size 10 to 16, so you won't have any problems. Those that do have a size guide have a size guide on the product page. To access it, just click on " Size Guide ".

What is the size of the Collars?

You will usually find them in 35 cm, 38 cm, 40 cm, or 50 cm with a 5 cm extension so that the game continues (the 50 cm Necklaces have a 3 cm extension). In any case, do not hesitate to consult our product sheet where you can find the exact measurements and a photo so that you can see how each Jewel looks.

What is the size of the Bracelets?

Most of them measure 16 cm long + 3 cm extension. But if you have any doubts, the exact length is listed on the product page for each Jewel. And if you want to get an idea of ​​how it looks, remember that you can always see it in the second photo on our product page.

Can I add more characters to my Personalized Jewelry?

We regret to inform you that this is not possible. At Mercado de la Plata Segovia we take into account the design of our Jewels and that is why we limit the number of characters on each personalized piece based on its size.

What material are the jewels made of?

All our jewelry is made of Sterling Silver, or Sterling Silver with 18kt Gold or Rose Gold plating.

In any case, to avoid any doubt, we have detailed the material of each Jewel in the product sheet.

My favorite jewel is out of stock, will it be available again?

If the Jewel appears as sold out, don't worry, you can select the "I want it!" button, and we will send you an email when it is available again so that you don't miss out this time.

To all of Spain, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If you place your order before 4pm on a working day other than Fridays, your order will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after 4pm, it will be shipped the following working day.

- Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 p.m. or on the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the following business day if it is a holiday.

Please also remember that personalized jewelry includes a manufacturing time that must be added to the selected shipping time. Since we are creating the jewelry exclusively for you, we need a little more time. 😊

- Custom cut jewelry has a manufacturing time of 7 to 10 business days. - Custom engraved jewelry has a manufacturing time of 4 business days.

*During the month of August, for custom cut jewelry, the delivery time will be 30 days.

**Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday or Sales, may take a little longer.

How can I know where my Jewelry is during shipping?

Don't worry, you'll have everything under control! When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a link that will take you to the courier company's website, where you can track your order at all times.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

BUYS

Can I pay cash on delivery?

If we have cash on delivery payment available, when selecting this type of payment a surcharge of €3 will be applied to the final price.

In addition, we have other payment methods such as credit or debit card, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Scalapay, which are safer methods. You can find out more about payment methods here.

How can I make sure that my purchase was successful?

Check your inbox to see if you have received an email confirming your order from Mercado de la Plata Segovia. If you don't have it, check that it is not in the SPAM folder or contact us at info@mplata.es.

Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example, if you purchase a piece of jewellery that was mistakenly offered at €1, Mercado de la Plata reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order, thus refunding the amount you have paid.

PROMOTIONS

How do I use discount codes?

Once you have chosen your Jewels and are ready to purchase them, you will see a box on the next screen asking you if you have a discount code. Enter it and the amount of your purchase will be automatically reduced.

Do the discount codes on the website apply in-store?

Yes. If it is a discount only on our website, it will be specified.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be entered per order. In our Newsletter we indicate the available discount codes so that you can choose which one you prefer to use.

If we have several promotions in effect, these cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, discount codes will not be applied to units already discounted.

Promotions with a discount on the second or subsequent unit will always apply to the jewel of equal or lower value of the order.

Promotions and discounts do not apply to OUTLET or certain accessories such as Cases and Cards.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return or exchange my Jewelry?

You have 15 days for any exchange or return.

How do I return an online purchase?

How much does a return cost me?

The return is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process the refund?

Can I cancel an order?

The deadline to cancel your order is up to 14 calendar days. To cancel an order you must notify us by email at info@mplata.es or by post to the address C/ SAN FRANCISCO, Nº 15, SEGOVIA (SEGOVIA), 40001.

Please include your order details to help us identify it in the mail or letter.

Each personalized jewel is unique, so we cannot return it once it is created especially for you.
